Dr. Ford specializes in glaucoma and cataract surgery.
Dr. Kosko grew up in Greenwood, Mississippi where he learned to love ophthalmology at a young age through observing his father (Paul I. Kosko, M.D.) who practiced ophthalmology in Mississippi and loved and served his patients selflessly for over 40 years. The younger Dr. Kosko graduated in the top 10 of his medical school class from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor. He became Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 2015. Dr. Kosko's beautiful wife Susan is from Knoxville, TN and is a physical therapist and former collegiate soccer player. They are the proud parents of Kate (born 2015), Ward (born 2016), Claire (born 2018), and James (born 2020). They are active members of Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church in Ridgeland, MS. Dr. Kosko feels immensely blessed to love what he does, but his family remains his number one priority.
Dr. Mallette specializes in corneal surgery, LASIK refractive surgery, and cataracts, as well as pediatric vision care and adult eye muscle conditions.
Dr. McVey specializes in pediatric vision care, adult muscle conditions, and reconstructive and plastic surgery of the eyelids and orbit.
Dr. Phillips' practice area includes comprehensive eye exams, cataract and glaucoma care, pediatrics exams, and contact lenses.
Dr. Smith specializes in cataract surgery, diseases/surgery of the eyes, and LASIK refractive surgery.
Dr. Toler specializes in cataract surgery, diseases/surgery of the eyes, and LASIK refractive surgery.
Raised in a rural farming community outside of Yazoo City, MS. Attended Millsaps College but transferred to the University of Mississippi where he received a degree in Biochemistry. Before medical school, Dr. Whittington received a master’s degree in biomedical science from the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he attended medical school. I completed my internship at the University of South Carolina/Palmetto Health in Columbia, SC. After internship, He completed an Ophthalmology residency at West Virginia University Eye Institute in Morgantown, WV and subsequently spent a year as Chief Resident of Ocular and Facial Trauma at West Virginia University Eye Institute. Married for twelve years to wife, Nancy, originally from Natchez, MS and they parent two boys.
